Update: Retreatment Successfully Completed!My experience with the entire staff was amazing! My primary-care dentist warned me that the retreatment (redoing a root canal) may not be possible due to its "advance" stage and that my tooth may have to be pulled, I was also told by my primary dentist that I may need a total 3 root canals but needed an expert to confirm this. Dr. Gearing's wife, Nicole, got me into a consultation almost immediately (thank you, Nicole!) when I called and told them this. AMAZING, HONEST AND THOROUGH STAFF! My retreatment was very successful! My experience with the entire staff was amazing! My primary-care dentist warned me that the retreatment (redoing a root canal) may not be possible due to its "advance" stage and that my tooth may have to be pulled, I was also told by my primary dentist that I may need a total 3 root canals! Dr. Gearing's wife, Nicole, got me into a consultation almost immediately (thank you, Nicole!) when I called and told them this. They have state-of-the-are equipment and it showed that I only needed one root canal. They were very honest, and I am so grateful for that. Dr. Haugen, who had performed an amazing job on a prior root canal (on another tooth) assured me that this retreatment would most likely be successful. He spent almost 2 hours on my retreatment, always checking in with me, explaining everything along the way, and very patient with my concerns. He promptly followed up with my after-care, as well as Penny and Gretchen. The most important thing I experienced was the generosity and honesty of this clinic. Dr. Haugen didn't "sugar-coat" the fact that there was a possibility that the retreatment might not take, but instead he gave clear reasons and facts for me to make my own decision. Dr. Haugen felt confident that he could help me, and he did AMAZING prior work on another tooth 2 years ago. He also spent extra time analyzing the other 2 teeth and assured me that they absolutely did not need root canals. For this reason alone, I highly recommend this office: they are extremely honest. The treatment was very affordable and I thank everyone at this office! I highly recommend Dr. Gearing Endodontics and Dr. Haugne to anyone who may need their wonderful care. Some other final things: Penny and Gretchen and Nicole were very sweet and responsive; the office was beyond beautiful with a peaceful view of oak trees; the entire clinic was extremely clean and well-lit; Dr. Haugen and his assistant were very positive and supportive and Dr. Haugen did AMAZING dental work; Dr. Gearing and his wife are beyond supportive!; and it was 100% pain-free. I highly recommend them!
I've been to this office multiple times for root canals. One time I actually went to sleep during a ROOT CANAL! I will come to this office every time I need Endodontics done no matter what the scope. This is a very comfortable Christian setting in which they make you feel welcome, important, and most importantly satisfied that your team has highly qualified, knowledgeable people who truly care about your teeth! Thanks again to all who work in this office.
