I have been very happy with Dr. Haugen and the entire office. Professional and patient. Excellent Nurses and Anesthesiologist before during and after surgery. The surgery went very well (Cataract) . Every time I didn't wait very long and I am pleased with the results. Sure is nice to see all the bright colors again at this time off the year. Before everything was hazy, sensitive with eye pain.
Didn’t like him. Walked into the room without introducing himself to me as a new patient and went straight for the computer and sat down. Breath smelled bad. Made eye contact a few times but said very little. His staff have better bedside manner! All this made me not trust him very much so I’m looking for a second opinion.
If I could give them 10 stars I would. I went in for a piece of metal in my eye and was terrified about the process as I've heard horror stories from friends. from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out was under 30 minutes. The actual removal took less than a minute, although he did have to use a small needle to remove the metal in my eye. The procedure was 100% pain free, I literally felt nothing. I will never ever suffer with metal in my eye again as I've just toughed it out in the past and waited a week or two for it to work it's way out. hands down the best medical experience I've ever had. If you have something stuck in your eye go get it taken care of, you'll thank yourself later.
