Shout out to Evan Hicks, our service provider from Clark Pest Control for years now in Pine Grove in Amador County. Evan is always responsive and easy to reach -- not only for regularly scheduled services, but also for those OMG moments, such as when we were invaded by ants, or when we found evidence of a mouse in the house! I also appreciate that he is friendly and upbeat, and arrives promptly at the scheduled time. I especially like the good communication. He always sends an ETA when en route, so I can put my dog inside and make sure neither Evan nor the dog have cause to be upset. :-) Keep up the good work, Evan -- you are a gem!
Our technician Seth is prompt, professional and so courteous. Always checks in, keeps us informed of what's happening, and even calls us when we're out and about to make sure it's safe to treat the property, or to reschedule. Clark services are fairly priced, but Seth makes it worth every penny!
Our service person, Zach Rice, is professional and competent. He has been excellent with handling our pest control needs. Also, the Sonora office personnel are great. When the call rolls to corporate, I can't say I'm impressed.
