Service tech also identified another problem with our HVAC system we weren’t aware of and is making plans follow up with that repair. Service tech even agreed to work overtime for his concern if our need.

Fantastic experience! Called on a Saturday, late afternoon, and received two callbacks that day from the techs to set up a Sunday appointment. Kurt came out on Sunday and had everything taken care of super quickly and efficiently. He was very courteous, kind, and professional. Arrived right on time on a very busy and hot day. Highly recommend Central Heating and Air!

Installation of evaporative cooler was given. Proposal was acceptable. A call to advance installation date was requested. Kurt installed thermostat ,David , James , and Doug all worked efficiently completing work faster than expected, David and James doing the installation (There was no adjustment to time and materials proposal) The cooler pads were expensive, but basic installation was excellent, excepting a failure to run following Saturday morning. A call out on Saturday resolved the issue, when Doug arrived in a timely manner (with no additional charge). Work was efficient and professional. Cooler runs fine.
