Kurt arrived on time. He answered all my technical questions about the normal function of the AC compressor, and what may have caused the failure. During the process he was friendly and professional - a fine representative of the company. It only took a couple minutes for him to diagnose the problem, and only a couple more to replace the failed part (which he had in stock on the truck!). Paying by card using his onboard card reader was quick and easy. Right there and then he was able to send me the invoice via email.
Central technicians have also expertly repaired/rebuilt several damaged window screens for me over the years.

David did an excellent job installing a new dryer vent for our cabin. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing from start to finish. The installation was clean and well-done, and he took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving.

Dave was very responsive both to generate a quote for multiple furnace options and to remove and replace the old furnace. He provided extra service by placing screens in the vent and intake openings on the roof to keep debris from entering the system. Dave and Central earned excellent marks.
