The whole experience with Big Bear Roofing was very positive. Holly came out to give us an estimate for the job and we decided to have them do our roof. Frank came out when he said he would, took the old roof off one day and put the new one on the next day. His crew was great and very clean, and no nails were left in the driveway! He hauled away all their garbage. Honestly I was so impressed with the price, roofers work and the cleanliness of Big Bear Roofing, I would recommend them to everyone! So happy with our new roof! Big Bear Roofing - they were efficient, concientious, communicative, professional. Respectful and trustworthy. They easily adjusted to changing conditions and skillfully fixed some hidden rafter damage due to a large oak falling during the first big storm in Jan. Even inspectors trust his work quality. Fair pricing, detailed estimate. Owner Frank was responsive to all of our concerns and questions - a pleasure to work with. Great crew, no wasted time, friendly, very conscientious about cleanup, as well. Frank and his crew just completed a roofing job for me and did an outstanding job! From the time I contacted Big Bear Roofing to give an estimate, until the last nail was put in, Frank was communicating with me constantly!Every morning Frank sent me drone pictures of what was completed on the house and also at the end of the job. They replace probably half of the Gables on the house due to dry rot and did an outstanding job with that as well.Very happy with the job done, very happy with the communication and very happy with the competitive pricing!
