Excellent service! I called for service when my HVAC system suddenly stopped working. They were able to schedule my service in a timely manner and resolved all my problems with knowledge and genuine care. It took a bit of time to analyze the issues but D. did it all with a smile! Also, I learned a lot about maintaining my HVAC system: from filters to thermostat, D. took the time to explain proficient and cost saving maintenance. Severson Heating cleaned our 30 year old heater. It will extend the life of our furnace and hopefully avoid replacing it. It was so dirty. They were on time polite and they even wear booties. Highly recommend.
