I saw him for five sessions and he seemed like he knew what he was doing but I found him to be prickly at times. Often late for the appointment and switching around my appointments. I appreciated that he took extra time with me on my initial appointment however going way over the allotted time because my case was complicated. I stopped using his services because he only does granulated Chinese herbs and I need/want the raw herbs plus I'm looking for an acupuncturist who doesn't roll their eyes if I say something they don't agree with. I just have to let anyone and everyone know how great Robert Greenstein is at what he does. I started seeing him in June after I had a total knee replacement and he has been a miracle worker for me. This is the most painful surgery I have ever had and seeing Robert weekly was my best day of the week by far. Forget pain meds! Acupuncture is the way to go!!! My pain would be at a level 7-8 and decreased to a 2 to 0! Absolutely amazing!!! I don't know how he does it but he is magic! Just a few days ago I went in for my appt with terrible anxiety that I was experiencing for a few days and by the end of my visit a felt amazing!
