I had a double gate (2 x 8 feet) installed in 2006; the gate was from gatedepot.com. They've worked flawlessly until recently. The bottom bearing on one of the gates failed. I contacted gatedepot.com to identify the part so I could order it. Josh Goessling identified the part and let me know that he could ship me a replacement...for free. I received the part and it is exactly what I needed. A real shout out to Josh for providing great service!
