Highly recommend! Casey did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I couldn’t have been happier. We did a trial a few weeks in advance to go over all of the details and locked in what I wanted from my hair & makeup services (I booked a photo shoot for that same day to not let the hair & makeup go to waste and my pictures came out amazing!). At the end of my trial I was able to sign our contract and leave a deposit with her to lock in my wedding date. Casey has a way of making you feel so comfortable and is great at listening to your preferences and guiding you through her recommendations based on what you want and what is suitable for your skin and hair types. You're in good hands with her!

We were super excited to use crush for hair and make up for an event. The reviews were great & we liked the images online. We didn't however have a great experience. The salon seemed to send out independent contractors last minute instead of employees. The make up done was probably four star, with the only complaint being that the make up artist wasn't able to properly put on our fake lashes. For one of us she put on singles that wouldn't stay put, we're in all directions and started to fall off working about ten minutes. She couldn't correct it so she switched to a full lash line but it wasn't centered & had a pretty big gap on the end. She said that was normal. i was told later it was not. A second of us, she couldn't get the lashes to stay on at all. The third looked ok. I'm not sure if it was the glue being bad which she said or inexperience but iI was told by a make up artist friend from photos i showed her that it wasn't good. The hair was not what we asked for. We each asked for different styles but all looked fairly the same. None had any body which i think was due to whatever she put in our hair ( she told one of us that it was leave in conditioner to stop frizz). It was heavy and flattening. One of us had two different styles on each side of the head. She tried to fix it but didn't seem to know how. Eventually we decided we would just do it ourselves so she took payment and left. We ended up redoing hair after the appointment to try to make it right, but with the limpness it was still not they way we desired. All together, super frustrating because once we realized it wasn't going well, it was too late to do much, so we paid, fixed what we could & moved on. I will say that the artists were super nice so I debated reviewing but I spoke with a make up artist friend recently who thought it off that the salon never followed up to see how their contractors did. She urged me to review. I tried to reach the salon to give feedback directly to them but have gotten no response yet, so am leaving this here. I would not use this service again and if you do I'd suggest being very clear up front on expectations of who is doing your services, what experience they have etc.
