I was referred through a friend and had my primary care Dr give me a referral for physical therapy for my back. I have had at least three different physical therapists over the last four years. My experience with The Healing Project was extremely helpful. I was able to improve functionality in movement specifically with bending and squatting which are everyday activities. Additionally improvement in core strength and focus on improving muscle memory. This has reduced pain and improved strength and endurance in daily activities and exercise.

Mary Beth Johnson, Claudia, and Lucy helped so much after my full knee replacement surgery! They were FANTASTIC at helping me regain balance and strength as well as confidence!
