LeMay Personal Training

My wife and I moved from Malibu over 5 years ago and Jordan came highly recommended from friends. Jeff Lemay, the owner of the gym, introduced us to Jordan Sechler, a former minor league baseball player who is extraordinarily knowledgeable and engaging. Jordan's workouts are customized to our personal goals and we've both been extremely impressed and motivated with our progress and strength training. We look forward to our sessions and Jordan always raises the bar" literally" to keep his clients engaged, involved and excited with their progress which for both of us has been excellent. The gym is private and convenient with outdoor parking.

My daughter Jaide is taking personal kickboxing lessons. The studio is very clean, has wonderful ventilation, enough of space, and great sport equipment. We are thankful to our trainer Jeffrey LeMay who does excellent job of teaching kids!
