We called Coast Plumbing Solutions when our Rinnai tankless water heater started beeping - no hot water. A Coast technician responded two hours later and fixed the problem. Prompt, friendly and professional. Our thanks to our friends at Coast!

I called this morning at 10am. The lady that answered the phone was timely, polite, professional and answered my questions succinctly. She scheduled my service for between 11am and 1pm. At 11:55am, I received a text message with a photo and the name of the technician that was en route and within 5 minutes, he was here.
Mario D. was quick, professional, personable, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and the pricing was very reasonable!!!!
