I love Ingrid. She is a wonderful flex apologist I’ve been going for over six years and Cheyenne is super helpful and friendly at the front desk. Could not recommend Stretch lab Solana Beach enough. I can walk weekly because I go here once a week.!!!

I’ve been going to Stretchlab since 2022 and just had my 130th stretch! My experience has been amazing. My wife goes to a weekly yoga class and prior to learning about Stretchlab she got me to try a few classes. It was fine. Then I tried Stretchlab and wow what a difference. They got me stretching in ways yoga could only dream about. Needless to say I was hooked. If you are looking to feel great and get loose you must give them a try. You will be glad you did.

Really nice people there, and great water!! I would recommend this stretch lab. I don’t love that they’re a franchise and that they have to compete with other stretch labs in San Diego. But I like this one best because the staff and the clothing selection is the best.
