“I met Ana Chavez long before I even thought of putting my condo up for sale. She actually lived down the street from me and would frequently stop by to inquire how I was doing and even brought me flowers twice! When it came time to sell my condo, she just happened to come by about a week later. We were discussing what my plans were and shortly thereafter she and her team leader, Louis, gave me a formal presentation outlining what I could expect. I actually didn't even need the presentation because I had already built a pretty good rapport with Ana and was impressed with her tenacity in canvassing the neighborhood and getting to know her neighbors. My house was marketed as coming soon. Ana set up, showings back to back for two days. My house sold on the fourth day. The pictures that photographer took were stunning.
