I moved to North County in June while I was 7 months pregnant. Once my daughter was born, I asked a WhatsApp Mom group of North County who the best pediatric chiropractor was for my daughter, who had shoulder dystocia and tongue, lip, and cheek ties. Dr. Bridget Chelf came highly recommended by a number of women! Dr. Chelf has been working on my daughter for the last few months, and the improvements we've seen in that short time are nothing short of impressive. She has a naturally generous and healing way about her that beautifully transitions into her work. Her expertise and care have made a world of difference for us. I am so grateful I found Dr. B! She will undoubtedly be a part of our lives for a long time

I can't even describe how I feel today after my CST session with Dr. Chelf! She has such a calming and nurturing energy and she's so knowledgeable in CST, PT and Chiropractic modalities. She also has an Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist and other specialists in and near her office. I need all of them, too.

I'm an overnight Newborn Care Specialist and Sleep Consultant, and I've worked with many very tense babies. I must admit, I didn't quite understand what a chiropractor did or how they could help until we came here. We had our babies tongue ties released (thank you Team Tongue Tie!) and were referred to several chiropractors. We got so lucky that we ended up (somewhat randomly) selecting Ocean Wellness!

By the time we got to see Dr. B we had been through 8 weeks of newborn exhaustion, breastfeeding struggles, doctors appointments, and the semi traumatizing tongue tie procedure.
