Came here for laser and girl that actually does the laser is really nice and great. But scheduling here has been horrible. Very hard to reach and not getting a response. Had my appointment randomly changed without my approval’s to a day that I’m not even available and still not getting a response to fix it. Would not recommend even for a Groupon.

Came here for laser and the girl is great that does the laser, but scheduling here is horrible. I've barely got a response at all and somehow they rescheduled my appointment without me knowing to a day that I'm not even available. I have been messaging and haven't gotten a response yet. Shouldn't be this difficult, would not recommend.

I purchased a Groupon for a chemical peel, but it was extremely difficult to schedule an appointment due to the lack of response and availability. They even sent an email instructing me on how much to tip for the service, which I found off-putting as a paying customer. Additionally, my scheduled follow-up facial included in the Groupon was canceled without my approval or explanation. As a business owner, it's important to respect and provide good customer service to Groupon users. If you're unable to do so, it may be better to not offer Groupon deals and solely focus on private pay clients. I plan to request a refund for the incomplete services and inform others about the poor experience I've had.
