MBFit is a top notch studio with a phenomenal team. My wife and I go there primarily for the Mysore Ashtanga yoga program from 6:30-9:00am on weekdays. Holly and Steve are unmatched in their knowledge and sincere interest in the development of their students from those who have never done yoga to those who can stand up with a leg behind their heads (durvasana - look it up!).
MBFit is such a fun studio. I’ve attended several classes here, most consistently their Aerial Yoga & Community Yoga class (which I absolutely love). I’ve also been CPR/AED trained here. Their space is small and intimate but gives you the workout you’re looking for. The instructors are eager to assist and hands on when needed. Go check them out! ✨
