I can’t say enough great things about Del Mar Family Dentistry! This is, without a doubt, the best dental practice I’ve ever visited. I’m even considering flying back to California from Virginia this fall just to keep my appointments—yes, they’re that good!
The entire team is welcoming, attentive, and highly skilled. Dr. Fitzpatrick stands out for his thoroughness—he takes the time to explain everything clearly during exams, which I really appreciate. One of the most impressive features is the ceiling-mounted video screens that let you see your teeth in real time as they walk you through any issues. It’s a thoughtful and innovative touch.
Finally found a dentist that I can say I had ZERO bad things to say. A great family office that is brand new, everyone is helpful and nice, and a great location. I would recommend anyone in the San Diego or Del Mar area to check them out!

Del Mar Family Dentistry made me no longer dread going to dentist. They are kind, personable, and feel like an extension of my family. If you had only been to this dentist office you would never understand or relate with any joke about dentists. They are the best. If I ever move away from San Diego I would likely still fly back here for each appointment.
