Ciaran and Gavin’s expertise has helped me heal from several foot/ankle injuries and get back to running! I’d probably still be hobbling around and sad without their help. Was recommended Ascension by my college xc teammates to work on a knee issue, and not only did the sessions stop the pain that had lasted months, but also the things I learned to integrate helped in other areas too!
It was the first time in pt that people explained to me the mechanics of why injuries occur and what approaches can make it better. Ciaran and Gavin both have a clear passion behind the knowledge they share, which makes their methods more thorough and also makes a usually unfun thing a good time!

I had a massage session with Natalie today. She is AMAZING!!! She is so knowledgeable and professional. I’ve had shoulder pain for 4-5 months. Natalie worked her magic and my shoulder feels so much better. I cannot wait to book another session with her!
