I didn't know what filters to replace for my RO system, but Matt on chat asked me to send him some pictures of them, which I did. He immediately identified them and gave me a link to purchase them from his company. About a month or so later, I had an error on my water softener system. While chatting with Matt again, he gave me directions on how to remove the Service Call Indicator. His help is/was invaluable on both of these instances. I will always buy my water filters and other filtration needs from Matt at WECO.

spent about 15 minutes chatting with these folks about RO units and how water pressure does apply to ending PPM. basically you want big pressure, not our low wellhouse pressure. very helpful folks.
