The classes are tailored to every skill level. You'll build up consistently. The people really make the gym a great place to be. Early session before work or evenings after work, it's nice to have a friendly supportive group to level up with. I'm not fit, and I never feel out of place. We all have our goals. Working towards them side by side, led by genuinely great coaches

They say if you find a sport/workout that you enjoy, then you'll stick with it- But it also takes accountability from others and a group of people to provide comradidy to help you to not give up, set goals and have a great time while working out! I have found all of this and more at Los Amigos Strength & Fitness. I have found a team of coaches that are constantly developing different ways to keep the training relevant, focused, goal oriented and fun. The combination of Strength training & Cardio fitness training that the Crossfit classes and Personal Training provides, will change your overall health fitness. I'm 66 & have not been in better shape since in my 30's!

I've known Carlos for over 25 years. He is one of the best leaders I've known. He cares for everyone involved in his life and with out his mentorship growing up I wouldn't be as good as a person as I am now. I'd go to his gym if it wasn't 1000 miles away. He will motivate and one to work harder and be better, I know personally. Give his outfit a chance. He does this for the love of people not to be rich and that means something.
