I live in Torrance and have a Mansard Roof which is basically a flat roof. Not many roofing companies deal with flat roofs but Ed from Bonded Roofing came out in March and gave me a fair estimate to fix a portion of our roof which had several leaks due to all the rain. They were very busy because of the rain, but I was happy to get it done in 3 months. They came out on 06-12-23 and fixed my roof - they had to use the hot mop and tar and roof gravel since it is a flat roof. The roof looks great, and I don't anticipate any future problems.
