As first time home buyers, we expected the process to be daunting and overwhelming, but we had a surprisingly seamless experience working with Chayan. A true expert in his field, he educated us, helped manage our expectations, and gave objective advice even when it wasn’t in his own best interest. He was communicative and invested in our journey, and when it came down to needing to close in two weeks, he helped make it happen. I don't think I have enough space to say how amazing Chayan is. We talked to several Realtors, of which Chayan was the first and he immediately became the one to beat. Buying a house can be trying and Chayan is just the type of person you want by your side. We asked for as smooth an experience as possible and he totally delivered. He had a buyer for our condo as soon as we had signed the contract with him allowing us to begin the search for our new home right away.
