Terrible clinic. So sad that the people of Shingletown are stuck with this poorly run facility. They are incredibly slow and often take 45-90 minutes longer than the scheduled appointment to be seen. The final straw for me was when I just called to schedule an appointment about a sinus issue I have had for years, and they told me the doctor may order a COVID test. I responded by telling the employee that I do not want a COVID test and do not plan to take one. She proceeded to tell me that it is the Doctor's decision, not mine. This is the second time I have tried to use this facility and both times have been extremely disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!! When a Family Nurse practioner sees you and is supposed to order lab work which requires fasting and you show up starving then waiting 30 minutes for lab work and they tell you he did not even order it, it has a tendency to piss people off!!!!!!!!!!!! As if my blood pressure wasn't high enough due to family problems that he was well aware of it is really high today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Andrew Hansen for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my prescription was denied because I need to see a doctor to discuss concerns I have regarding the lack of proper care from the 15 or 20 PAs I have seen over the years. I refused to participate in frauding insurance by signing for unnecessary office visits with "PA" and having unnecessary procedures. I only need to see a doctor every year or so for refill OK of a lifetime precription by my endocrinologist 21 years ago. SMC would sometimes require monthly visits plus blood draw every month. The medical profession has become so corrupt that millions are being billed unnecessarily in our country.
