The Ventura Market is located on the west side of Van Nuys Blvd between Crave Sushi and the Pita Kitchen under the blue awning. Besides cell phone accessories, they sell Covid-19 protective products such boxes of disposable face masks, gloves along with bottles of hand sanitizer, etc. The guy I dealt had good customer service skills. They do accept credit / debit card payments. The Ventura Market operates in the same exact location as the former Sherman Oaks Newsstand which is outdoors under an awning which is literally curbside. this place is a hidden gem of Sherman oaks! They have a great vibe and play great music. It's the only place i was able to find an ample amount of lysol, Clorox, and purell. They also don't restrict you from only buying one like most places. They also have tons of masks, and surprisingly, N95 masks! The covid supplies here are great, especially because we are about to see a spike in cases in LA. Although, this stand has basically everything you can think of. CBD supplies are a great touch! I got some for my dog. Lastly, they are in the process of painting this amazing Kobe tribute mural on the walls of their shop. This is honestly a new Sherman Oaks landmark. Good pricing. Fast service. I always come here to get the 50 pack of black disposable masks for $15. It's a great price and they look so sleek compared to the blue and white masks. And I don't know about you but my time is worth way more than standing in a store line to find out that their Lysol or Clorox wipes are sold out. I know the Ventura Market will have exactly what I need every time any day.
