If I could give this guy less than 1 star, I would.He was shady when I asked him about he is price the whole time, when he came to check my roof which has small leaking, he applied some sealer and charge me $107 for 5 minutes work. I told him I wanted the old sealant taken off and put a fresh one, he refused and told me your are not the technician. I make the decision. The whole time I was asking him for a quote and he kept telling me I have to see it first, well he went up with his sealer and immediately start applying it on top of the old stuff, without giving me the promised quoted or his price.Shady. ZERO STARS! or, negative 5 stars! Hired ALBERT to clean my air conditioner. He used paper towels instead of proper tools and did an awful job. He washed all his trash off the roof onto the ground and said it was my responsibility to clean it up. After he left I noticed the air conditioner making a clicking sound which it had not done before he did showed up. I told him he needed to come back and see what he did to make it make noise. He said he could not find anything wrong and implied I was imagining it. A few weeks later I had to replace the whole unit. no doubt he screwed something up! When he was here the first time he forgot his ladder and had to leave and come back....read full review
