We had a smooth and caring experience working with Mr. Tim. My husband and I were driving from Sacramento to the Bakersfield area the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Our front passenger tire completely blew while driving through a construction site in Selma. Speaking with the front desk receptionist at the Selma Holiday Inn, apparently this has happened to multiple drivers at the same site on CA-99 South? Surprised there hasn’t been a lawsuit filed with the city.Anyways, Mr. Tim arrived quickly and was incredibly patient and professional. I've never blown a tire or been towed before so I was very anxious about it all. Tim was very nice and made sure I got to the closest place and made sure I was good before taking off. He made the process a lot easier than me.
