Drove 30 minutes to get taxes filed. Wait time was low for the end of February. Also you get all copies in a neat put folder. I was amazed at the rapidness and done less than 20 minutes. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend. Bilingual as well for those Spanish speaking. Cost was cheaper than the Popular mainstreamed chains of tax preparers.
Christina Tax Services is the only place I’ll ever go to. She was recommended to me by my aunt almost 18 years ago and I’ve been going to her ever since. She’s knowledgeable and friendly. Her staff is also friendly and remembers who I am every time. I think the longest I’ve had to wait was an hour or so. It wasn’t a bad wait time since I was a walk in. I usually try to make appointments but with my work schedule it doesn’t always work out. I highly recommend Christina’s.
My husband and I have been going to Christina's Tax Services for about 3 years now. We were referred to her by a family friend and we haven't looked back since! She's very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. She tends to get very busy during Tax Season, so it is better to set up an appointment if possible. We were just there this past Saturday morning as a walk-in, and didn't have to wait more than 30 minutes total, including the processing time. She is also available after Tax Season for any questions that you may have. I once sent her a text message and she answered promptly and helped me with my question. Will definitely be back with for many years to come… read full review
