This review would have been 5 * if not for the extreme deterioration in quality of this practice, beginning around late 2017. Other reviewers have mentioned office manager, Lisa, and I concur. Toxic, abusive, gaslighting and downright mean. Never have I ever ... During the 10 previous years as a patient of Dr. Senn, I had the utmost respect and fondness for both Dr. Senn and Dr. Mann. But that they would countenance such behavior on the part of a front-facing staff member was extremely puzzling. Definitely made me question their integrity. I was a patient of Dr. Senn’s for almost a decade and very much appreciated all of the excellent dental work that he did for me over the years. His staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and I always looked forward to my appointments for teeth cleaning and repairs. This all ended with the reorganization of his office in 2019 and the arrival of the woman billed as the office manager, Lisa. I have never encountered such a rude and disrespectful person who was supposedly occupying a position that was supposed to be helpful and accommodating to patients. I've been a patient of Dr. Senn ever since he moved his practice to Sebastopol. Very lovely man and a good dentist. But for some reason I've been trying to get an appointment for a while and nobody calls me back. I guess I have to go elsewhere.
