I hired Sightline Builders in 2025 to construct a Trex deck, approximately 18x20, with steps and handrails down to my backyard pavers. They also assembled a 12x12 aluminum pergola kit that I had purchased and secured it to the deck. I could not be any more pleased with the results; the attention to details and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations! Working with Jason, Sarah, and the Sightline Builders team on our backyard ADU was an outstanding experience from start to finish. They designed the ADU themselves, and it couldn’t have been a better fit for our space. They even managed to preserve our lemon tree (a big deal for us!).
They went out of their way in so many ways to make the process easier. We had the absolute best experience working with Jason, his crew, and Sarah on our ADU project. Building for my mom was such an important undertaking, and while we had an incredibly difficult time dealing with the city and permitting, they stood by us every single step of the way. They went above and beyond throughout the entire project, pushing the city to move the process along, keeping us informed, and never letting us feel alone in the frustrations that came with the red tape.
