I have been seeing Ruth for about a year. She has provided steady support as I dealt with a stressful situation in my life. The acupuncture and herbs also helped me from persistent UTI discomfort.

Ruth has been an incredible support throughout my pregnancy. I began seeing her around 7 weeks for help with nausea, and I’ve continued weekly sessions ever since - now well into my third trimester. She is warm, compassionate, and truly attentive, always creating a safe space for whatever I’m experiencing. Ruth not only listens, but also helps me navigate next steps when something needs further exploration, like recommending lab work. She’s also connected me with an amazing network of other practitioners, all of whom have been exceptional. I’m so grateful for her care and can’t recommend her highly enough.
