I am so lucky I found Emileigh! She was able to quickly identify the issues I was having and worked with me to root out weakness in my hips that was causing instability in my knees! I was experiencing pain while working out and was worried I’d have to stop all my progress. Working with Emileigh not only allowed me to keep going, but to correct form and build strength. It was more than just physical therapy, it was like having a doctor and trainer in one! She is a great communicator, flexible with scheduling and is very kind. She listens and adjusts accordingly!
