I was a member for close to 25 years.Great spirit of collegiality pervades the place. Conversations ensue and I had some wonderful times connecting with other people there!I never saw people at CC trippin over their egos or making people feel uncomfortable..All in all, a wonderful place for body, mind, and soul!

Coaches has always been a great experience for me. From friendly staff , great trainers and most every time, has at least one piece of the equipment I came to use available at all times!! Coaches is home away from home for me

I was working out there temporarily and sometimes on weekends, everything was I was satisfactory. I was actually doing it to get away from my problematic ex girlfriend, who was at another gym, but then she joined here, and the owner was very understanding when I changed my mind, he gave me back a refund, and was very nice about it, I have nothing but good things to say about him. He understood it was a personal problem and without any further hesitation released me from my obligation.
