With a foundation of Swedish massage and specializing in Deep Tissue techniques, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point therapy to treat chronic pain and injury recovery. I also include PNF and passive stretching where needed. My background is in Psychology and as a lead therapist and supervisor creating treatment protocols in luxury spas located here in beautiful Sonoma County and Wine Country.
