years back one of the girl ask for payment even before the service start (using a coupon too)and I said to go ahead include the tip too...she's upset and demand more tip...she totally blew me up!...I demanded my card back asap and I said "tip depends on the service " and you did not even started yet...She think this is China...very rude! She think people here are stupid like her!

I'm so sad to see the low score this place is amazing! I posted it in next door because I've been going here two years and won't go anywhere else! Jody works wonders!!! I'd just like to say how disgusting it is that all the bad reviews are because: 1. They were busy (uhhh try making an appointment duh! I always do!) 2. The smell ( the rooms smell fine but if you go on their lunch break and they just used the microwave you might smell there lunch BE REASONABLE PEOPLE they are human and have to eat too!) or 3. the ladies speaking in their own language! (If your gonna give someone a review based on nationality and language it's just wrong!) I judged based on skill and skill...read full review

Paid 85 for full body massage where he only rubbed middle of back most of time. NOT FULL BODY BY ANY MEANS. Tried to tell him Where I wanted him to rub my neck shoulders my legs my feet but he didn't understand English so the massage was frustrating And couldn't relax or enjoy any part of it I get massages a lot and will never go back
