The exterior project required significant demolition and surface restoration. The project totaled four months of work and included some unexpected surprises. Through all of this, Dana and his team did a fantastic job, both in terms of the quality of the work and the reasonableness of cost. In addition, Dana was honest about cost and issues as they inevitably arose and always kept us informed of the status of the project. Monterey Tile helped us with a materials quality issue. Serena couldn't have done a better job getting the supplier to step up and fix the problem. Highly recommend this company who stands by their products and honors their customers above all.
