We hired MCT for a large interior and exterior project, bathrooms, living room, halls, staircase and three exterior patio areas. Complete redo on all of this. The exterior project required significant demolition and surface restoration. The project totaled four months of work and included some unexpected surprises. Through all of this, Dana and his team did a fantastic job, both in terms of the quality of the work and the reasonableness of cost. In addition, Dana was honest about cost and issues as they inevitably arose and always kept us informed of the status of the project.
