I ordered items for a 40th birthday party and appreciated all of the guidance from Clay and Norm. There were a couple of issues with some of the items but Norm remedied the situation immediately and his customer service was very impressive!
We had a great experience with them. Short engagements can sometimes come with scheduling issues. We were a little indecisive in the beginning about what we wanted to do, made a few chances along the way and A to Z was amazing and accommodating!!
We thought we were short some items for our son’s wedding reception. We called A to Z and by the end of the call, they had everything we needed waiting at the counter for us. Appreciate the service mindset of this company and their employees.
