I ordered items for a 40th birthday party and appreciated all of the guidance from Clay and Norm. There were a couple of issues with some of the items but Norm remedied the situation immediately and his customer service was very impressive!
We had a great experience with them. Short engagements can sometimes come with scheduling issues. We were a little indecisive in the beginning about what we wanted to do, made a few chances along the way and A to Z was amazing and accommodating!!
Very friendly local business owners who take time with their patrons, share their expertise and their personal lives. Their prices are very affordable...in fact, half the costs of their competitors in my case. There was no pressure. They visited my home to spec the job in advance. It is my pleasure to do business with them.
