I’ve had two great experiences at this location in seal Beach. Ammine, one of the partners in this business has been extremely helpful and generous with her insights. I will use the infrared sauna twice it’s been very helpful for my inflammation. The facility is super clean and the energy feels great. The infra red sauna does not reach a high enough temperature for it to be effective in anyway, and I did not sweat, at all. I did feel warm and cosy but that’s not why I use infra red saunas. I enjoyed the experience but it doesn’t feel effective, so I don’t think I’ll return for that service again. However, the owner was very friendly and welcoming! And the atmosphere was warm and inviting :) Perhaps a nice place to get a facial instead!

I love this place...I go 2 or times a week for everything they offer..the facility is spotless and serene. The owners Marty and Ammine are super helpful and sweet..I'm so happy I found this place!!
