AMAZING!!! VIP EXPERIENCE !!! From the moment I was greeted by Eli, the store manager, walked into this hidden-gem-of spa studio!!.... Wow, where do I start?!!... Ambience--all the way: the colors, the furnishings, the lighting, the music.. I feel like I was swept away into a Manhattan get-away. That was just the entrance. Then, I was escorted up to where the facial studios are, but just the landing area, top notch with decor. I felt relaxed even before I started the facial:) The facial targeted all my problem areas, that was pinpointed on the specialized skin analysis computer. Amanda was wonderful, she did a stellar job on the facial, and the results were amazing! Thank you! Top staff!!!Best facial experience !
This place was amazing and I would say they deserve an ace for the customer service they had provided. I really appreciate it especially Eli, he is so wonderful. Vicky my aesthetician was professional and very nice. Their products are a miracle. All staff are friendly, great customer service.
I had my first facial with Vicky today and she is great. She is very detailed, conscientious, knowledgeable, and so kind and down to earth. She is a definite asset to this establishment. I was well overdue for a facial and so pleased with the result. Thank you, Vicky.
