“I was looking for a service to renew my mother-in-law expired passport. Called JJ Global and was greeted by Ms. Mary. She was very courteous and helpful, and agreed to look at all of my documents to see if they are completed. She quoted me a very reasonable price. I submitted all the paperwork to her in the morning, and by the evening she notified me that it was already been approved by the Vietnamese Consulate and the passport is on its way to me.
