I don't know who this Mrs.L is and I don't know what business she obtained her services. Julie has a very good size room, she's very personable & friendly, she has a small tv on the wall in the room but it is never blaring (quiet were you sometimes struggle to hear it). I've been going to Julie for about a year & I can honestly say that I have never had such great care of my hands & feet. She goes the extra mile. You will not be disappointed going to Julie. I see her every 2 weeks for my hands & every 4 weeks for my feet, because my nails grow so fast, otherwise I would go every 3 weeks for my hands. I tried this service for a pedicure. I didn't realize there is no Julie. That's not the name of the proprietor. I didn't realize it's in a back room of another business, in what was probably a storage room. A little claustrophobic if you ask me. When I came in for my appointment, I was told by the woman "I don't talk to you while I work", so I was sitting there with the tv blaring the whole time, not a relaxing experience. And, worst of all, the polish started to chip just a couple days after the pedicure. Nope, not going back. Not a good experience.
