“First time client. I started having flu /cold symptoms last night. Sever body and neck aches, wicked sore throat, ear and face pain., with sinus congestion. Others around me have been sick and coughing for weeks. I booked a cold/fly IV and had minor relief while having it, but have now slept 5 hours and feel 90% better. I am sold! No need to feel like crap for days, when I can give my body a boost to fight. The place is really clean, staff is great and process too about 1 hour. Thank you HR!“

“I have been a client here for several months and have the monthly membership. The office is clean, open, and comfortable. I always make an appointment so I have never had a long wait. They have a large selection of IV therapies and injections. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons. This location is a franchise which they did not disclose when I signed up for membership, which means for my monthly free treatment I have to visit this location. This is inconvenient but not necessarily a deal breaker. Reason 2 is that I scheduled an appointment in advance and when I arrived the office was closed with a note that they did not have enough staff. I can understand staff shortages but I find it unprofessional that they at a minimum did not contact people with appointments to warn them. It cost me 45 minutes in unnecessary driving and inconvenience. It was on this day that I learned this office is not part of corporate so even though I was able to get into the HB office I had to pay. For convenience alone I will probably cancel my membership and re-enroll at corporate where I will have more choices in locations to visit.“

“I'm now 2 months post my mid-face and neck lift surgery. I've continued to have Lymphatic Drainage facial massages by Trina with great success. Not only has the swelling gone down considerably, but now I can finally see my cheek bones again! The lymphatic drainage massage also increases the blood flow to my face and neck and my skin looks radiant. Trina also did a "lip" treatment that made my lips plump and beautiful. Since my surgeon cleared me for any other treatments I would want such as face peels and IPL's, I was excited to try the new Hydrafacial that Trina offers. The treatment was so relaxing but more importantly the immediate results I saw when Trina handed me a mirror at checkout were just amazing. My skin looked great, pores were smaller and Trina had added the Hydrafacial treatment on my neck and the texture was so much better!
