I was referred here by a friend. My last haircut was the worst. Rachel did such a horrible job. She never writes anything down that she has done. She always acts very uninterested. I felt rushed and unwanted there. I asked her to trim all my layers she did not. I WON't be going back. Supercuts is better then her. I guess she only does short hair sort of good. I absolutely hate this haircut.

Barber was closed on base, and I just needed a quick trim and clean up on my neck. Walked in in uniform right before lunch, notice there wasn't anybody sitting in any of the booths, I was the only one there, and she turned me away. She said she was busy. Probably would have taken 10 mins to cut my hair. Maybe she doesn't support Military. Who knows. It sad to see good old fashion quality service does not exist anymore.

The woman who works there is fairly nice, however, I wouldn't recommend getting your haircut here if you are under the age of 50. Went in for a simple low fade and I could tell she didn't know what she was doing. She has her niche with the older community of Seal Beach which is good for her, but for anything outside of that niche I would look elsewhere.
