Highly recommend Marina Clipper! I got a great haircut by Rachel who is attentive & very sweet. I have medium length blonde hair and just wanted a cut without taking too much off. She did such a wonderful job so now I am a repeat customer. **Make sure to call for an appointment because Rachel is usually very busy!

Rachel is the bomb! In and out, best price. No wash, no style, just git 'er done!! I have been going to her for awhile, tried other places and paid a lot more, came back to her to fix it.

The woman who works there is fairly nice, however, I wouldn't recommend getting your haircut here if you are under the age of 50. Went in for a simple low fade and I could tell she didn't know what she was doing. She has her niche with the older community of Seal Beach which is good for her, but for anything outside of that niche I would look elsewhere.
