The tax work was good and quick.Face to face time was sketchy as communication was always through emails or the secretary, who has very limited hours, 10 to 2 pm. Just a look at my age should have alerted this young bright cpa that I was old school and liked to be reassured by voice..Having insisted on meeting her, I found her knowledgeable and friendly, and I would go back.

I've been with Year Round for almost 15 years and they ALWAYS come through. My taxes are worry-free knowing Heather has the reins and Lilly at the front desk is patient, helpful and competent!! Thank you so very much!!

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with this organization. Heather worked on my personal returns in 2018. Everyone from the receptionist to the support staff to Heather’s advice was most professional. I decided to do my Corporate returns along with my personal returns since the SIP has given me some extra time. The quick turn around, Christine’s willingness to offer support, everyone’s joyful responsiveness and Heather’s advice ( I asked if I could hire her for some other accounting for me~ her response was she was happy to do it for me, but it was something she could guide me through w/o the additional expense!) definitely meets a 5 star revue!... read full review
