This is a great company. I contacted the office to report a possible rodent in our attic. I received an immediate call from our area service tech Marselino and he indicated he was on his way. I know the timing was perfect, but he literally arrived sooner than emergency services would have. He inspected our space and investigated. He determined that it wasn't a rodent, but possibly a bird. He did the inspection pro bono and was professional and polite. I Highy recommend this company.
Had small black ants around the kitchen sink. Reported the problem and the next day Adrian came and deposited ant bait. This was done between our normal service days. Good job, no more ants.
Moses called us 10 minutes before he arrived during our 2 hour period. We had a very pleasant experience. He listened carefully to all of our questions and concerns. He did a thorough job spraying for the ants. He explained the process and what to do after he left. We were very satisfied and will sign up for a bi monthly service. I recommend Pied Piper!
