Compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly individuals work here. I am so happy to have found this place. I live in Santa Cruz and I will travel the extra few miles to bring my pet here.
Great experience. Five Stars !!!!!The staff is incredibly nice, compassionate, professional and informative. They made room in their busy schedule for my older cat (we were turned away from six other veterinary offices in Santa Cruz that morning) that most likely would not have made it through the night and thanks to them he is doing so much better.They are the only veterinary office I have been to that gives the exact cost before any procedure is done and the owner gets to decide what they can afford and choose to have done. Very happy with the excellent Vets and staff here! After floundering elsewhere with our complex kitty we found this group and immediately felt the high competence and caring....unfortunately our sweet kitty had to be put to sleep but the staff here were so supportive and helpful all along the way! And they sent a sweet donation in his memory. So grateful!
