Tim was amazing. He is a straight shooter, gave good and sound advice, went above and beyond and gave us countless hours of his time. I am 1000% satisfied with his services and would recommend him in a heartbeat (I am VERY picky and do not give 5 stars out unless deserved). My daughter and her husband are now enjoying their first home and we could not have done it without Tim. Thanks again.
