We needed a roof replacement for our rental home in Santa Cruz and after getting four quotes, we chose Knox Roofing. Warren came out for the inspection and estimate, and we immediately felt he was honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He explained the pros and cons of different roofing options, and we went with a mid-range GAF roof system that fit our budget.
The Knox Roofing crew was fantastic—professional, respectful, and very efficient. They removed our old roof in just over an hour and had the new roof and gutters installed by the next day. The team cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, leaving everything spotless.
Knox roofing was fast and efficient. Their estimate was very reasonable and accurate. They didn't try to up sell us on anything. Staff was courteous and friendly. The crew was able to get the work done between storms with outstanding attention to detail. Including skylights, gutters, tile and duro-last PVC roof. We are no longer worried about coming home to a leaking roof and water damage .
